This site was created by journalists from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.

José Bayona is a bilingual journalist who has contributed lately to the New York Daily News and The Local, the NY Times blog on Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. He has also written for NY1 News/Noticias and the AARP online publication. Jose has taught workshops on Social Media and SEO for Spanish-speaking journalist at various media conferences in New York. He is currently a Master’s candidate at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism in the Urban Reporting concentration. Alissa Ambrose is a freelance multimedia journalist and photographer. Her work has appeared in City Limits Weekly, The NYTimes Local blog, The Riverdale Press and the Huffington Post. Alissa is a Master’s candidate at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism where she is studying international reporting. Vincent Trivett is a freelance journalist and photographer currently based in New York City. He is studying economic reporting and interactive journalism at CUNY’s Graduate School of Journalism. Until last summer, Trivett lived in Yokohama, Japan where he wrote for the Yokohama Seasider Magazine,Koe Magazine, and the Japan Beer Times. Jonathan Camhi is a freelance journalist. He has worked at several news outlets in his hometown of Buffalo, NY including Buffalo Rising and Buffalo Spree. Paul DeBenedetto is a freelance journalist and student at the City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism.
